Nerdventure currently ships to customers in the United States.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days before they ship. This can vary slightly during busy periods, for large orders, or for custom items that need additional review.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, most standard U.S. orders arrive in approximately 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Scope
At this time, Nerdventure ships within the United States only.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to request an address change, email nerdventurehelp@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We can only update an address before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Delays
Carrier delays can happen and are outside our direct control once the order is in transit. If your package appears delayed, contact us at nerdventurehelp@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, appears lost, or you received the wrong item, email nerdventurehelp@gmail.com and include your order number plus photos if relevant. We will review the issue and work with you on the next step.
