Refund and Return Policy

We want customers to receive products that match the order and arrive in good condition. If there is a problem, contact us at nerdventurehelp@gmail.com and we will review it.

If Something Is Wrong With Your Order

Please email us as soon as possible if:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • An item is missing
  • There is a production issue with the product

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Refunds And Replacements

If we confirm that the order arrived damaged, was incorrect, or has a production defect, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns

Because many items are custom, made to order, or printed for a specific customer, we do not generally accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Minor differences that do not affect normal use
  • Expectations based on screen color alone

Cancellations And Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at nerdventurehelp@gmail.com. We may be able to help if production has not started yet.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
